Mirroring is one of those small edits that comes up constantly. A subject needs to face into the page rather than off it, a scanned slide came out reversed, a selfie has backwards lettering, or a layout calls for two symmetrical halves. A horizontal flip swaps left and right, which is the mirror you see in a bathroom mirror and by far the most common request.
